Every SCBA set that comes to our Nilai workshop goes through the same inspection: face mask and backplate, first reducing valve, lung-demand (LD) valve, pressure hose, gauge and whistle, cleaning, and a POSICHECK fit test of the face mask. Cylinders are checked separately (below). We service the SCBA makes we supply — Drager, MSA, Honeywell, Sekur and FENZY among them. SCBA service and SCBA repair are done here at Nilai; sets from anywhere in Malaysia are couriered in and sent back after the work.
SCBA and EEBD cylinders (composite and steel) are hydro tested at our Nilai workshop. The test is done at 1.5 times the cylinder's working pressure, up to a maximum of 450 bar, and comes with a test certificate.

Emergency escape breathing devices (EEBD) get a hood inspection, valve test and hose check. Airline escape sets get the same face-mask fit test as an SCBA plus a check of the auto switch-over valve. Escape sets we supply include the Sekur EEBD and the MSA S-CAP escape hood.
We service and repair breathing-air (BA) compressors at our Nilai workshop. For L&W compressors we carry out the 500-hour and 1,000-hour services — synthetic oil change, intake and breathing-air filter cartridges, water-separator filter and O-rings, V-belt — and repairs. We also run a breathing-air quality test on compressor output and SCBA cylinders, checking carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water content against breathing-air limits. From Sabah, Sarawak or anywhere in the Peninsula, courier your SCBA or EEBD set or cylinders to the Nilai workshop; after the SCBA service or repair we send them back. Deliveries to East Malaysia take longer than to the Peninsula — 7–14 days rather than 3–5 working days. If you need on-site work, ask us.
